Unable to save changes / update menu greyed out - AP30

Trying to add a 3pk of AP30 and they're showing up on Monitor->Devices as 'Unconfigured Devices'

 

I click one, change the RF Profile and set a static IP address...but I can't find anywhere to save? And the update menu is greyed out.

No way to update hivemanager that I can see, because we're using the cloud version. What am I missing?

Sam, looks like that wasn't it. Added a new license (which should cover 3x AP30) and they're all unable to push still.

 

I don't have a 'Device Configuration' on the left side, but when I click the hostname it brings up the 'edit' screen. I can choose the correct Network Policy from the dropdown, but like my OP - I cannot save anything when done!

Sorry Sam, I'm just dumb today.

Turns out we don't have as many available licenses as I thought ?

Once I rectify that I am sure we're good. Thanks!

If you click on the host name of the AP and then go to Device Configuration on the left hand side menu, do you see a Network Policy applied to the device?
