Rather than clicking on the AP itself you need to tick the checkbox to the left of the status tab. Then after this, click update devices in the top right. - Screenshot from the monitor page.

"Update Now" button is disable at the moment. So that is mean that i can't update the AP122 to it latest OS version

Hi Prashan,

 

To upgrade the Hive OS on the AP:

On the Monitor page, select a single or range of AP's and click on 'Update Devices'. In the window that pops up, there is a checkbox for 'Upgrade HiveOS and Aerohive Switch Images' and under this you can choose between the golden, latest or specific version you wish to upgrade to.
