Upgrade AP370 being used at home

Hi All,

I have recently purchased 2 x 2nd hand AP370s for use at home purely home/non-commercial use, they were recommended to me by a networking buddy as a cheaper solution than buying a new home use mesh networking system.

I have been able to upgrade HiveOS on one unit but the second unit will not upgrade or accept the configuration when pushed.

The non-working unit is running 6.5r4 and the functioning unit is running 6.5r11. Is there a way to copy the OS install file from the 6.5r11 unit to the 6.5r4 one and run a manual OS upgrade?

As I don't have a support contract I cannot download the OS file from this site.

There isn't a way to directly copy over configuration from one AP to another, but I've emailed you directly with the firmware file you'd need.
