We have an issue where one of our AP230s provides solid internet connectivity to Windows-based laptops but for Apple and Android devices the internet connectivity frequently drops.. Local connections seem fine. Any thoughts?

Just to let you know, background scanning WAS enabled. It was set to skip scanning when connected clients are in power save mode and when voice priority is detected, but not When Clients Are Connected.

Thank you! I have cloned the profiles and checked the box to skip scans while clients are connected. Hopefully this will alleviate the issue.

Some clients are more sensitive than others about background scans, can you check your Radio Profiles to see if you have background scans enabled, and if so when are they allowed to run?
Something to keep in mind about background scans, they are needed if the AP is set to use Auto channel or power. The AP will use those background scans to adjust the power and channel based on what it hears in the airspace near by, during a background scan.
