What exactly does some information on the license in On-prem WHM mean? For example, in the attached image, the Number of Licensed devices is 82. However, the number of devices that appear active with Key is 20. What is the difference between them?

But I can manage 81 devices on this on-prem VHM simultaneously now. So, what exactly does license 20 mean? Is it about hardware warranty or technical support?

Adding up all your entitlement keys, current and expired, you had a total license count of 82. When you add all of the devices you have in your inventory up, you have 81 devices. Your current license only covers 20 devices. You likely need to speak with your sales engineer to purchase additional licensing for your devices.
