the text by the toggle says
"When enabled, Extreme Networks devices detect client issues, report client connection activities and problems to ExtremeCloud IQ."
Is there any documentation for what exactly is affected if this is turned off?

If you disable the client monitor, ExtremeCloud IQ will not monitor clients that are connected for issues and you won't see that reported under Manage> Tools> Client Monitor. You should still be able to run a manual client monitor, but the APs won't be specifically looking out for client issues and reporting them back to ECIQ without being asked if you turn off client monitor in the SSID.
