What is the AP "Miscellaneous Settings" usage and feature?

Might I know if we have changes to this Miscellaneous Settings and is going to degrade the WIFI client performance?

Appreciate if someone can help to explain what is the usage of:

"Outdoor Deployment" and "Client SLA Settings" in the Miscellaneous Settings.
