What is the best way to create a new SSID/user profile and assign it to only one SSID, without having to "uncheck" the new SSID from every AP in my hive?

Thanks! I Created a separate (cloned) network policy and added the new SSID to it. Then assigned that policy to the single device.

If you mean create one SSID and apply it to only one AP, you could create cloud configuration groups, and then apply classification rules in the network policy to apply SSIDs to certain cloud configuration groups. Does that sound like what you're looking for?
