When is the Remote Sniffer process ended? I know how to start the process, but how or when does the AP stop sending the captured frames to my Wireshark station?

That is correct! Sorry for the misunderstanding about your HiveManager platform.

Thanks for the answer. I'm using HM Classic to set up the capture and there is no time option there. So stopping the capture within Wireshark also cancels the Remote Sniffer process on the AP?

If you are setting this up in the HiveManager GUI via the tools tab, you set the duration before you start the packet capture. Once that time has elapsed the packet capture will stop and you will see the file available for download. If you are enabling a remote sniffer via the CLI and then starting the packet capture through wireshark, then you would need to stop it from wireshark (this is a red square icon, usually towards the left hand side of the tool bar).
