When looking at client sessions, I notice that some clients show a red or greyed out dot under ARD Default and DNS, Need to know what this actually indicates. The DNS appears to be correct in HM and the clients are getting IP address.

If the clients are operating as expected it's likely a reporting issue. I'd recommend opening a case so our engineers can troubleshoot this with you. If you'd like to send me tech data, I can also take a look for you, my email is communityhelp@aerohive.com.
