Hello, thank you for your patience while I looked in to this for you. There aren't going to be release notes for 8.2r2b, as this was a simple security update to the tomcat library.
Specifically, updated .jar file in the ./tomcat/webapps/cas/WEB-INF/lib/ directory, specifically commons-collections-3.2.2.jar
