Hello Glenn, if you can send me a sales order or entitlement key for your account, I can verify the support agreement level your account has and enable Hive Community permissions from there. You'll also need to get to 6.5r3 to manage devices with the HiveManager. If you have not purchased support, I can email you the files you'll need, just let me know.
