If your'e using HiveManager Classic, you'd need to purchase an IDM subscription. After you have purchased the subscription, your SE should be able to link your myhive.aerohive.com account to the IDM instance, and you'll see it when you log in at myhive.aerohive.com. If you're using ExtremeCloud IQ, IDM is built in to the ExtremeCloud IQ platform so there is no separate link to IDM.
