I've been on hold for a really long time....

You should also not allow customers to stay on hold for 20 minutes....

This is extremely annoying. I'm not able to do anything in the portal now that I"m over provisioned. Either the platform shouldn't allow me to provision or it should give an error. Not allow me to provision and then make the portal useless.107371c10ece4994b1f87b66db6592cf_0690c000009YW1rAAG.png
