Could you email the serial number you are trying to enter to communityhelp@aerohive.com? I can check to make sure there are no duplicate records on our side that might cause an on-boarding failure.
Sam, thank you for your quick response. When I follow the supplied directions and I try to put in my serial number I get 1 of 1 devices failed to onboard.
HiveManager Select and HiveManager Classic require that you purchase an entitlement key to cover the number of devices to be managed in HiveManager. We do have a free HiveManager version available called Connect that will not ask for any entitlement keys but does not include all of the features that the paid HiveManagers do.
