Unfortunately that is a free temporary key, did you ever purchase a permanent key from us? Or do you have any sales orders from Aerohive that I could use to find your account with us?

You would need to purchase support in order to access our downloads section. If you can send me an entitlement key you've purchased at communityhelp@aerohive.com, I can try to find your account in our system so I can enable proper permissions for you.

Thanks Sam. On a another note, I cannot seem to find the firmware for the SR2208 switch. Everything in the download section is blank. Can you help?

I'm sorry, I wasn't able to find a way to tag the VLAN, and I'm not entirely clear on what we're trying to accomplish here. Could we maybe set up a call between Aerohive support an Century link so we can work out what is needed here?
