 This program provides training and training management with the appropriate skills to deliver high impact, consistent, engaging, and meaningful training workshops virtually.

• Ensure that participants understand the key differences between and significance of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) versus Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) delivery.
• Overcome the challenges and potential shortcomings of the virtual delivery environment, while maximizing the opportunities and possibilities it provides.
• Provide a range of techniques to effectively engage the audience for maximum participation & uptake.
• Utilize best practices before, during, and after the virtual delivery session.
• Enable participants to deliver highly impactful virtual classroom sessions.
