I installed Netsight on Hyper V, but found it difficult that I was not able to add the Brocade VDX6740.
I would like a help with this topic.
Thank you.

Joel,
So there appears to be no SNMP configured (apart from the minor variables listed). You may want to review to following article to get SNMPv1/v2 or v3 configured and enabled. It would be best to test with v1/v2 and move to v3, if needed:

For SNMP I only have the following configuration:
snmp-server contact "Field Support."
snmp-server location "End User Premise."
snmp-server sys-descr "Brocade VDX Switch."
snmp-server enable trap

The VDX can be added for simple SNMP monitoring at this time. For configuration changes and advanced management, this may come later. The release notes below does list the currently supported platforms:
https://emc.extremenetworks.com/content/common/releasenotes/ext_firm_support_8.1.4.htm
Could you check the running config on the VDX to see what is currently configured for SNMP? We may have to setup an SNMP profile in XMC based on the SNMP credentials or communities configured on the device.
