Please help me with the command and procedure to reset the VWadmin password on the Brocade VDX Switch.

Not sure what the VWadmin password is you are referring to.

The following article describes recovering the Admin if the root is still available:

If both Admin and Root are not available you can recover via console using the steps in the Troubleshooting guide:

** Do not confuse the Bootprom password with Admin/Root.  The process starts on page 31:
