Giving feedback in GTAC Knowledgebase is not working

I was trying to provide feedback to a gtac knowledge article by selecting "Was this article helpful? -> No"

Result: "Error: Login is required to access this URL."  (I also tried while being logged into Extreme Portal, same result)
