I have a WS-AP3605 that only has one green status light, light number 1 when counting left to right. It appears that the AP is getting PoE from the switch but it never links. I also do not get any link lights for activity on the switch. I have tried connecting this AP to multiple ports on three different PoE switches. The AP can not be seen nor managed from the controller because it will not connect to the network. I have tried pressing the reset button while powered on and holding the reset button during boot up but neither seem to have any effect on the AP. Has anyone seen this behavior before? Is there some other way to reset this AP?
