Intermittent delay in scripts starting....

Every now and then I run a script using Epicenter or Ridgeline and waits at "Not started", I leave.
Each and every time when I come back it has started or has completed.
Why does it say not started (see attached )?

Note 98% of the time it starts/runs no issues, no delays.
