q-in-q on eas works the same as on D-Link. After enabling q-in-q state, outer tpid changes to 0x88a8. You should change outer tpid on tagged/trunk ports to 0x8100 in order to work.
Tunnelling (aka Q-in-Q) is a technique often used by Metro Ethernet providers as a layer 2 VPN for customers. 802.1Q (or dot1q) tunnelling is pretty simple…the provider will put an 802.1Q tag on all the frames that it receives from a customer with a unique VLAN tag.
