Hi,

I would like to use an AP 121 from stock, but appears to have been used for testing purposes.

I can't remove the AP 121 from the test account because don't have the test account anymore

Hello, I tried looking for that serial number in our system, but I'm not finding any old records for that device. Are you still having issues adding it to your inventory? If you are, could you please double check the serial number to make sure I'm searching for the correct device?
