aggregated alerts in email notifications

Hi Team,

I´m receiving emails from XIQ ([email protected]) with agregated alerts like this:

But with no reference about the cloud instance.

When I follow the link, I´m redirected to PlatformONE login and  see all clouds instances I manage:

How can I identify which instance the alerts come from? Is there any information in the email that I'm missing?

Hi EF,

The VIQ Name should be in the subject line of the email. It would be formatted as "VHM-XXXXXXXX". You would then find this name in Platform ONE by clicking the admin initials in the top right of EP1 > "About Extreme Platform ONE" > Customer Info. Unfortunately, you would have to check each of the accounts you have access to, or create a case with support for assistance.
