Hi There!
For one of our customers we lost the right credentials to enter the ExtremeCloud IQ Connect instance. Does somebody what I can do to fix this? We know the original account that we used to make the instance, but the used domain is not in use anymore, so we can't enter this mailadres to fullfill a password reset.
If somebody has a solution for this, then I would like to hear it!

Unfortunately, it's a security risk... How do we know the person making a request was a user of the 'old' domain? I would suggest contacting us in TAC, opening a case, so we can help validate the domain with you.
