About NetSight Vulnerability patch

When linux OS vulnerability post, NetSight may release the patch to fix before.

But Extreme don't release the patch, and require user to download the full NetSight bin file to upgrade now.

Download the full install/upgrade bin file is slowly and need a long time to upgrade.
Why Extreme don't release the hotfix patch to correct the bug as before?
This is very inconvenient...
