Hi all,

I can not see any logs in the Events.

The file path is correct and I can see logs collected in that file.

I also try clearing the cache of browser and restarting the server but problem still remain.

My XMC version is 8.4.4.26.

OS: Windows Server 2016

Did anyone have the similar problem yet?

For anyone who  has the same problem.

Just try to change the browser or reinstall the browser.

I swap the browser from Google to Firefox and everything is good now.

Hello,

please uncheck “Alert” and push “Close”. With that filter you will only see alerts.

Hi Stephan,

I do see the filter like this.

d6bb112b31cb4c1dbc81211ce1986fcc_1f63d6fc-b79f-4802-a275-88c25f395586.png

But I can not remove it by clicking that remove sign.

That filter still exist when close this window.

Are there any alter ways to remove this filter?

Thanks.

Hello Ta Wei,

in addition you can check the pattern. Maybe the pattern did not match you syslog entries in the file.

Hi Stephan,

Yes, I select all the events types and I can not see anything in events, either.

Here is my screenshot.
