Hi all,

I can not see any logs in the Events.

The file path is correct and I can see logs collected in that file.

I also try clearing the cache of browser and restarting the server but problem still remain.

My XMC version is 8.4.4.26.

OS: Windows Server 2016

Did anyone have the similar problem yet?

For anyone who  has the same problem.

Just try to change the browser or reinstall the browser.

I swap the browser from Google to Firefox and everything is good now.

Hi Stephan,

Understand, I may open a case.

Thanks for your support.

Hi,

strange, I can’t add a “Severity” twice but I am using 8.5.x.

Can you do an upgrade of XMC? If not, the best way will be to open a GTAC case.

Hi,

I did the step you said but that filter is still remain.

So I check everything in Severity and close it then open it.

It becomes two filters but I did not add a new filter.
