Hi all,
I can not see any logs in the Events.
The file path is correct and I can see logs collected in that file.
I also try clearing the cache of browser and restarting the server but problem still remain.
My XMC version is 8.4.4.26.
OS: Windows Server 2016
Did anyone have the similar problem yet?

For anyone who has the same problem.
Just try to change the browser or reinstall the browser.
I swap the browser from Google to Firefox and everything is good now.

Hello,
did you select ALL in the dropdown to see all event types?
Are you missing only syslog or other events,too?
Can you posr an screenshot, please?
