Device availability . pdf grid report incomplete

Hi,
i scheduled a custom report for the device availability in a month.
When the schedule send me the mail , attach an PDF file that is a incomplete print screen of the grid with a false scroll bar and this is impossible to use and analyze... it is a joke or a known problem?

Can you open up a case with the GTAC and we can address this accordingly?
