Not completely sure what happened. However, I managed to loose the root password on XIQ Site engine. Anyone know how to reset it?

Hi,

I would boot from live CD of a ubuntu linux and use that as a password recovery. you can use this KB article as an inspiration: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000079443

I tried that, couldn't boot to GRUB for whatever reason. I ended up just re-installing.
