Netsight SNMP Traps Failed

we have Netsight and XOS switches. we are having a problem regarding the traps in netsight specially in One View. we can successfully add trap receiver in Netsight Console but in One View the Trap Status is "Set Failed".
what am I missing? thanks

As per below article once we configured trap receiver in netsight it will be enabled on switch.
