Hi,
This is probably and hopefully an easy one, but having issues clearing the alarms showing on the root folders as shown below:
The devices in the folders did go down, but have all now cleared.
I’ve tried selecting the ‘My Network’ folder and clearing all alarms, clearing browser cache, clear all alarms in the alarms folder. Tried different browsers on different machines and all showing the same.
I haven’t rebooted XMC, but thinking maybe there is an option I need to set or something else I need to clear?
Alarms happened over the weekend so have been a good 24-48 hrs since the original alarms appeared.
