Hi, I'm having some issues with NetSight 6.2.0.199.
I'm trying to see wireless statistics, so I added an Identifi controller in the Device manager, I can see it in OneView Devices and collect device stats is selected.
So far so good, but when I go to the Wireless tab in OneView, I am greeted by the following alert:
'Could not load report'. The details are:
Java Class: java.lang.NullPointerException
A server error has occurred.
Please check the server log for details.
From Server log, I get that the error is:
ERROR [com.enterasys.netsight.reporting.server.webapps.monitor.report.DwrReporting] Reporting Exception: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Table 'netsightrpt.rpt_default_raw' doesn't exist.
What's this about? Why am I missing this table?
Thanks in advance!
Germán.

I was able to find an older ticket with the same message output, it was corrected with a re-install of the NetSight Software. I wouldn't want to suggest that unless you spoke with a NetSight expert first.

Hi Doug,
Ok, thanks, I just wanted to know if you guys knew something about this, maybe this was a known issue.
I'll contact GTAC about this, thanks again!

Hello,
You may want to open a case with the GTAC so the NetSight Team can review the logs.
