I am trying to add an AP to extremcloud IQ connect  , but get this error: 02501712151400 A stake record of the device was found in the redirector.

Thanks for letting us know, I see that device is still registered to a different user in our system. I’ll need to get permission from the previous owner to remove the old records, I’ve emailed them this morning and will let you know as soon as I hear back from them. If you are still in contact with the previous owner and can encourage them to respond to my email, that may help move things along here.
