I have added an AP121 device to my Extreme Cloud IQ account but it will not show up as online. I know the AP has internet as I can SSH into it and ping 8.8.8.8 for example. I have tried factory reset and still nothing. The firmware on the AP is 6.5r11 and I can’t find any updates for it either.
Please help!

I think I got it to work...ran firmware update and factory reset seems to have gotten it to come online. I appreciate the help!

I have run these tests and everything seems to be good. I have an identical AP to this one plugged in the same source and that one does come online and works as expected. In the web portal this AP that isn’t working doesn’t even show a MAC address or anything. It’s almost like it isn’t “registered” correctly to my account. I did get that error that it was still in use by a previous owner and I called and got that serial number released. Is there something that may not be right with that and still causing issues?
