AP410C's not all coming online or showing active when adding into the Extreme campus controller

Good Morning All,

New to this forum and this product line as of recently as we are an MSP that has a client that has purchased a fair amount of equipment with extreme. They have:

(4) XCCORC-P-25 Extreme Campus Controllers
(4) AP460C-FCC Aerohive Outdoor APs
(90) AP410C-FCC Aerohive Indoor APs
Along with licensing for all of this (I know the licensing is correct as we worked with Extreme Sales folks)

got on with some engineers this morning and they had everything in the cloud dashboard but there are 35ish aps that aren't showing as online or connected but they are in the dashboard added by serial/mac. I am still in basic troubleshooting where all I have done is verify lines are good runs and make sure all ports have the same permission and are allowed to talk. Going to try just removing the not working ones from the dashboard and re-adding them but that is about where I run short. Is this something anyone else has seen before?

thanks,

Good Morning,

I don't know if this is the same issue as you are experiencing. When we were adding new 410C and removing old 230's to the XIQ cloud management,
I put more than 10(recommended by Extreme) at a time into the add screen. Every once and a while one would not come up in the group or the XIQ interface would give me an error for one or more. I would delete those from XIQ and re-add with good success.

Thank you
Don

Update: the wireless controller device certificate just hit its 10 year expiration date and that may be causing issues.
