Background Scans and DFS

I was wondering if anyone had heard if there is an ETA on a fix for the issue where background scans aren't performed if the radio is on a DFS channel?

Just phones and laptops connected to this AP. During the day several people have Teams meetings and the odd Teams audio call but nothing that would be constantly sending voice traffic.

@sfolk thanks, can you also send the 'show acsp' and 'show interface' output for that same AP? It seems this radio is missing the vast majority of its scans​, only doing 2037 of the requested 18898. The only thing that should cause your scans to be skipped is voice traffic. Is there by chance something connected to this AP/radio that is always sending voice traffic?

I updated an AP410C two weeks ago and still have no neighbor's showing.......hmmmmm
