Bug? Warning bell does not show errors

I have two warnings on the bell icon (upper right corner) but a mouse-over does not reveal anything other then a blank screen.

I tested with Firefox, Edge, Chrome and IE11.

Is this a bug?

I don't think its a bug, i just tried it in Chrome, and its showing me results of the alarms.....  Edge is also working....

If you're on connect then you're not able to view them, it's only in the licenced (Pilot) version.
