What will happen to a connect customer who has the following Connect setup in December 2023:
9AP 305c
3 Network policies
6 SSIDs
1SSID with guest network profile but normal WPA2 access
1SSID with guest access

And does the "ssid0" count towards the 4 SSID limit?

Hi Mark_bersee.

The Connect tier customer will be unable to add a new SSID if there are 4 (or more) customer-defined SSIDs already.
The Connect tier customer will be unable to add a new Network Policy if there are 2 (or more) Network Policies already.
The Connect tier customer will stay at Connect tier if the number of APs plus Switches is a maximum of 10.

In your example:

  • The customer cannot add a new Network Policy (3 is more or equal to 2).
  • The customer cannot add a new SSID (6 is more or equal to 4).
  • The customer still can add one more AP or switch (9 is less than 10)

Hope it answered your questions. I will return to you regarding ssid0.
