So if a customer orders XIQ-PIL-S-C-EW and need to open a ticket related to TAC OS they need to purchase 97000-xxxx or if they purchase XIQ-PIL-S-C-PWP they would add 95600-xxxxx for TAC OS support

Hello, thank you for your patience while I looked in to this for you. The support for the 97000 is not included in the IQ Pilot subscription, those would need to be purchased separately.
