Getting AP340 Into ExtremecloudIQ

I have managed to get the AP into the device manger screen with the serial.  But the AP is not talking with ExtremecloudIQ.

What else do I need to do?

Thanks.

Hello,

Could you try running the commands:

show version detail

and

show capwap client

Hello,

Could you try running the commands:

no hivemanager

hivemanager (address/hostname of your instance) primary

no capwap cli enable

capwap cli enable

If that doesn't work you can try removing and readding the device to your device inventory in order to re-associate it, which will help it re-elect a capwap loadbalancing server.

Finally if that doesn't work, please provide your manager information, if you are using on premise, online, classic, xiq, etc.

I tried those commands and readded the AP, this doesn't have seemed to work.  Is this anything else I can try?

Leith,

Can you provide us with your manager information? Examples would be if it is Classic, Online/On-Premise, or XIQ, Online or On-Premise? There should be a VHM ID as well, for Classic this would be a mix of letters and numbers, for XIQ it would be all letters.
