A self-registration aerohive-based cloud radius guess SSID CWP with employee approval does not generate the approval emails.
Sometimes the guests need to retry 4-5 times, and often the email still is not sent.
The problem is more frequent than intermittent.
We have confirmed the upstream email service provider for the employee reciepent domain also does not receive these messages. They are not listed on the EIQ email log.
When testing with another domain, but only a few tests, the emails came is immediately.
has anybody else faced this issue?
