Missing client trail info

Ever since a recent upgrade of XIQ the client trial information has been blank, I rely on this information every day to troubleshoot client issues.

Is anyone else seeing this?  My XIQ build is 21.4.11.6

Our platform updated to 22.1.23.1 last night but client trail is still not working for most clients.

@w1f1n00b the issue isn't resolved either

@w1f1n00b, thanks for tagging me here. The issue was supposed to have been resolved in 22.1.10.x, but as you're seeing it is still present in some cases. We should update this KB soon to reflect the new ETA on a fix as soon as we have one; currently the dates still show mid Feb but we'll be updating it soon- https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000102165

We're on version 22.1.10.41 as well and our client trail is pretty spotty.
802.1x clients seem to be better than PPSKs.
I find that if the Time Range is set to 1hour and I click on a new I will get a bit of a trail.
It can't go back beyond 24 Hours and a client may have a trial at one point in the day but no later even when it hasn't moved.
I have a case open with GTAC and I'll update if I hear anything.

@ocafe did you see this issue resolved in your console?
I'm on 22.1.10.41 and still not seeing client trails
