Onboarding fail - stale record of the device was found in the redirector.

Hello team, 

I have an issue with three access point we just purchased: 

 

S/N: WM052230W-30718

S/N: WM052230W-31056

When I'm trying to add them in my ExtremCloudIQ portal it says "stale record of the device was found in the redirector."
