SSID broadcast on 5GHz only for dual 5GHz SDR APs

SSID broadcast on 5GHz only for dual 5GHz SDR APs

Is there a method to disable an SSID on 2.4GHz, but still allow SSID on WiFi0 when WiFi0 is SDR 5GHz?  The goal is to only allow clients for this SSID to use 5GHz for AP510C, AP405C, AP250 etc.

This method below in the SSID object disables Wifi0 entirely, so when WiFi0 is 5GHz, the SSID is disabled, when it should be enabled. (hopefully can be achieved without SuppCLI, or without going to each AP individually to disable SSID from each 2.4GHz radio.)

The effect of below means that for dual 5GHz APs, the SSID only appears on WiFi1. Where the goal is to show on WiFi0 as well.

When both are selected, obviously the SSID will appear on WiFi0 for 2.4 and 5GHz set radios.

I don’t believe we have a setting that can do that for you, but I would recommend reaching out to your sales engineer to see if you can file a feature request to get that added to a later release. If you’re unsure who to reach out to for your sales engineer, please let me know and I will email that information directly to you.
