Hi, when I try to register my Aerohive AP230 in ExtremeCloudIQ i get the following error:

  • 02301407210143 The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.

 

The device’s serial number is 02301407210143

Hi Chris,

As per our database, this serial number seems to be tied to the below VIQ:

VHM/VIQ ID: VHM-KFX2MQ
Owner: H2_Consultancy1

You might want to identify this VIQ and remove it from there before you can on-board it to another one.
