I want to start the extreme partnership certifications, I had a problem accessing the extreme game center application.
the access on the website extreme portal is well assured but for the application I do not have access.
below screenshot.

It looks like your main Extreme Portal access is fine, so the issue is probably specific to the Game Center permissions.
Sometimes the certification modules require a separate activation before they appear.
I had a similar sync delay once the system showed access on one side but not on the app, almost like when checking new emirates id status and the update hasnāt fully processed yet.
In my case, support refreshed the roles, and everything worked instantly.

Just stumbled upon this forum, and I gotta say, I'm kinda in the same boat. Trying to kick off this extreme partnership journey, but the game center app is playing hard to get! Checked out the portal online, smooth sailing there, but when it comes to the app, it's like knocking on a door that won't budge. I noticed you didn't mention joywallet in the screenshot - but maybe that's the magic key we're missing? Tried finding some info and stumbled upon joywallet.com. Maybe there's a connection? If anyone's got the secret handshake for the extreme game center app, spill the beans, please!

Credentials for Extreme Game Center are the same credentials you would use to log into the dojo.extremenetworks.com training portal. If you do not have a portal account you can create one.
