If EAC is working only in proxy mode, plus pilot licene, does it need the NAC licenses?

Hi,
If the end-system event is created by API call (3rd party integration) then the NAC license is not counted.
If the end-system event is created by RADIUS Access-Request then it is counted against the NAC license.
Yes, if the Access Control Engine is a Radius proxy then NAC license is used.

The NAC license is not taken into account if the end-system event is produced via an API request (third-party integration).
The NAC license is violated if the end-system event was brought about by a RADIUS access request.
